Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing getcloned.in, scheduling a strategy call, or engaging GetCloned's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services

GetCloned (a product of Peepoye Network) provides AI-assisted content production services, including but not limited to: clone creation, content scripting, video production, editing, publishing, and distribution. Specific deliverables are defined in individual service agreements signed between GetCloned and each client.

3. Intellectual Property

All clone assets produced for a client — including trained voice models, video content, and digital likenesses — remain the intellectual property of the client upon full payment of agreed fees. GetCloned retains the right to use anonymized performance data and aggregated metrics for product improvement. Clients grant GetCloned the right to reference them as case studies (subject to written consent).

4. Consent & Compliance

Clients are responsible for ensuring all platform terms of service are complied with when publishing cloned content. Clients must provide genuine consent for their likeness, voice, and identity to be used in AI training and content production.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are defined in individual client agreements. All fees are non-refundable once production has commenced unless otherwise specified in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

GetCloned shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the 30 days preceding the claim.

7. Strategy Call Disclaimer

The free strategy call is an exploratory conversation. It does not constitute a commitment from either party. No services are guaranteed as a result of attending a strategy call.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
